Donker paarsige kleur. Geur van kers, braam, aalbes, Kirch, met de tweede dag een plezate animale geur, zoethout. Smaak met een hint van het rood fruit de tweede dag vooral het animale misschien wat truffel een genuanceerd geheel met goede structuur. Toch wou ik wat meer prominent fruit en frisheid. Op dronk, maar vergis je niet, nog even uur of 3 vooraf karraferen, anders nog wat te veel tannine. Prijs kwaliteit in orde voor 10 euro.

Dark purple color. Scent of cherry, blackberry, currant, Kirch, with a pleasant animalic scent on the second day. The bright, radiant lemon-colored wine has a fairly pronounced nose of mango with an undertone of citrus. De helder stralende citroenkleurige wijn heeft een vrij uitgesproken neus van mango met een ondertoon van citrus. De smaak is frisser dan de geur doet vermoeden met voldoende zuren (limoen/kruisbes) en zelfs een streepje minirealiteit, de textuur is vol en wat vettig, zonder zwaar te zijn. Een zeer geslaagde sauvignon blanc, de wijn is duidelijk gastronomisch. Dat allemaal voor nog geen 10 euro (2021), het enige wat ik aan de fles betreur is dat het de laatste was.

Heldere rode, licht paarsachtige wijn, met een innemende uitgesproken kruidige geur. Ook een beetje kers in de geur en smaak maar eerder minder fruitig dan je zou verwachten van een barbera. Een mooie evenwicht in kracht, structuur, frisheid (zuren) en tannine. Mooie lange en verfijnde finale. Mag nu nog gekarafeerd worden, nog wat kelderpotentieel.

Een donker rode, paarsachtige wijn, met een mooie glans. De geur is eerder verlegen en geeft rood en zwart fruit, wat braambes, peper, houttoets. De smaak gaat verder op hetzelfde elan. Het fruit is in de smaak niet zo prominent aanwezig, wat braam en/of kers terug een zweem gebrand hout, vanille en een beetje kruidigheid in de finale. De structuur is goed, de wijn is in balans. De wijn heeft nog baat bij een beetje karaferen. Dit zorgt er voor dat de textuur minder rasperig wordt, echt fluweel zal het wel niet worden, maar dit past wel bij de kruidigheid. Maar alleen al om de volledige complexiteit van de wijn te kunnen beleven moet je hem nu nog wat zuurstof gunnen. De zuren in de wijn ondersteunen de mooie afdronk. Kortom een mooie wijn, nog een beetje jong, vlot te drinken, maar in balans, prijs kwaliteit dus zeker in orde.
