Concentrated, with herbal aromas. Maybe a bit like a grüner veltliner on steroids. Drank over three days, seems to open up. Should be stored fore several more years.

The dry wines from Szepsy is very interesting. But the price i stiff (400 NOK). That is a level where white burgundy and rieslings gives beter value for money.

Tested from coravin. Rich wine with hints of honey and sea. Lots of acid, seems to be a bit tight. Would wait a few more years or decant for several hours.

Excelent, lively fruit, but to much oak now. Will wait a couple of years for it to mellow down. For barbecued meat.

Fortsatt god frukt og mye kraft. Og mer moderat brett. Kan holde lenge for de som har mer.

Lacks freshness in the taste expected for a rosé. Signifikant booze burn in the aftertaste. I poored out the rest of the bottle.

High acid, good development. Left half of the bottle for a week in the fridge. It kept surpringsly well. I guess it is the acid level.

Surprisingly fresh and refined pinot. Burgundy style. Impressing given the geography. I guess this is high up in the Judean Hills.

Good fruit, but not very complicated at this stage. Not nearly worth the price (NOK 800). I am sure there is an upside with storage. But for this amount one expect something really great, and I am not sure that is in the loop.

Will last another 50 years.

Decent orange wine. But lacking acid and tannin structure. Distinct apricot smell and flavour. Good match for pork chop.

Way to expensive (500 NOK). There are better orange wines around for half the price.
