Terrific bottle that got better over the course of dinner. Full-bodied, rich and layered it gave off notes of licorice, cedar, black pepper and other nuanced flavors that I could not identify. Seems to be fully mature but showing no signs of decline.

Really nice Rose, but I think it needs an hour of air to really start to show its stuff. We did a pop and pour and the last sip was the best by far. Also agree that it shows better closer to room temperature.

Double decanted for three hours. Drank over two hours at restaurant. Floral nose with loads of dark fruit. This was lovely but will only get better with age.

These are really improving with bottle age. Medium bodied with ruby red color. Notes of cherry and that earthy Pinot funk. Nice finish. Really enjoyed this bottle.

Deep gold color. A medium to full bodied, structured wine that I probably should have aerated. It is very nice but needs a few years before it will be at its best. Notes of apples, honey and pineapple. Nice acidity. Slight minerality in the finish. Really nice but will be better with a little more age.

PnP, which may have been a mistake. Notes of graphite, smoked meat and dark fruit. Full bodied with nice texture but drying tannins on the finish. This is young and could use a few more years of bottle age or a couple of hours in the decanter.

Consistent with prior note. Drinking beautifully. Velvety texture. Notes of chocolate, cedar, blueberry and cassis. Long finish. Completely slurpable and yummy.

Delicious wine. Dark purple color with note of spring flowers, plum, blackberries and cassis. Light on its feet and well balanced with velvety texture and smooth finish. Will get better with time but beautiful now.

This is in a really nice place for my palate. Beautiful floral nose. Notes of black cherries, chocolate and a touch of herbs. Full bodied with sweet tannins. Should continue to age well for several more years.

Not a huge fan of Malbec, but I enjoyed this over course of two nights. Dark purple color. Nose of lead and dark fruit. A little reserved on night one, but really opened up 24 hours later. Would recommend decanting, which I did not do. Full-bodied, smooth texture and nice lingering finish.

Wonderful wine. Tannins have melted away and this is in a beautiful place. Beautiful floral nose. Notes of dark fruit, cassis, charcoal and crushed stone. Many years ahead of it, but drinking great now.

Had this three years ago and posted a tasting note that it was a jammy mess. Wow, what a difference. Beautiful floral nose. On the palate, black cherry, raspberry, graphite and earth notes. Medium bodied, perfectly balanced, long velvety finish. Stunning. Enjoyed over 90 minutes. Drink 2013-2015.

Double decanted and put back in cellar for a few hours. Served with standing rib roast, which was a wonderful combination. Dark purple color with no signs of bricking. Notes of blackberries, cassis, cedar and a hint of dark chocolate. Beautiful finish with fully integrated tannins. Delicious. It is drinking well now but has many years before reaching maturity.
