PnP. Bright red fruit on the nose and the palate. This is bold and full-bodied but very enjoyable.

PnP. Nose is full of blueberries and spice along with a layer of something I couldn’t place but my wife thought was currant. On the palate, it still has some blueberry but the fruit has taken a backseat to the bramble and savory aspects. Very enjoyable but I liked it better a few years ago.

Update on night 3 after VinVac - this ranks up there as one of my favorite Bedrock wines ever! What a seamless integration of fruit and savory aspects. Incredible.

PnP. Didn’t enjoy this as much as I did previously. Maybe it still need air or maybe it was the small stems.

PnP and drank out of small steps. Needed a little bit of time in glass but opened up quickly. Notes similar to last time. Wish I had more.

PnP. Last bottle of a very sentimental wine for me. By far the best showing. Big but so balanced with layers of flavor throughout all aspects of the wine. What stood out the most was some very unique spice characteristics in the mid palate through the finish.

Decanted for 2 hours then drank over the next 2+ hours. Aroma is full of black fruit with floral undertones. For me, this needed 3 hours of air until the tannins settled down enough. Palate is full and deep with dark fruit taking the forefront. Finish is extremely long.

PnP. Plush black fruit on the nose. The palate is full of black fruit with a layer of red raspberry on the mid-palate and coffee on the finish.

Still going strong on night three after VinVac. Finish was longer and more complex. Bumping up a point to 93.

Cork started to disintegrate so I needed the CorkPop to get it out. Old world Cab that faded with extended time in the glass. Drink up.

PnP. This has a very intriguing progression starting with dark black fruit followed by bright red fruit on the mid palate ending with deep blackberry on the finish. Good depth. Lots of sediment.

No formal notes. Very fruity on PnP but very tight. Putting through an aerator helped but this needs time in a decanter.

PnP. This a plush wine full of blue and black fruit with oak and no tannins. On the first night, the alcohol seemed much higher than the 14.5 on the label.

Slow ox for 30-40 minutes. Does not show its age at all. Palate has reserved red fruit in the forefront with layers of savory aspects on the backend.

PnP. Cork was saturated 60% but came out easily. Dark purple with minimum clear bricking. Nose is full of deep cherry blossoms. Still remains full and vibrant with great structure. Cherry continues on the palate with a long finish. Over two years ago, I said that it was time to drink up. I now believe this has a little time left.

PnP. Aroma is full of dark berry interlaced with with meat and bacon fat. On the palate is has very good depth and structure with good acidity that doesn’t often come with a wine with this low alcohol. Blackberry meat continues on the palate.

Drank over two nights. Stored under Repour in between. On night two, it was deeper and richer moving from black fruit on night one to bright red fruit on night two. Mid palate and long finish are marked by a great layer of spice and bramble.

PnP. Three years ago, I described this as lush bold and deep. It started out that way with deep black and blue fruit. With 15 minutes in the glass, it smooth out with more black fruit and bramble and spice. Bummed this is my last bottle.

PnP. Aromas of deep, sweet black fruit almost like a blackberry pie. Some harsh back-end tannins needed time in the glass to smooth out. On the palate, it moves from black fruit to red fruit with a spicy bite. That said, it isn’t overly complex. Might need some time.

PnP. Needed 10-20 minutes in the glass to blow off a slight funk. After that, a smooth and balanced wine appeared with lighter black fruit (didn’t get the usual blue fruit) interlaced with savory aspects. I’m not sure this can go to 2033 as some have suggested but no hurry to drink.
