Again, this wine impresses me. Well balanced, with slight toasted oak and just enough fruit to bring everything together. Crisp and refreshing, yet it drinks with more complexity than I initially expected. I continue to be surprised this came from Ohio.

Paired well with cavatelli and my marinara. Clean, dry with slight spice. I felt as if there was something ever so slightly lacking however. Regardless I would buy it again.

Day 2: I really wish I let this wine open more last night...today it is delicious! Notes of cherry on the front and spice on the back end, smooth and balanced. Rad fruit lingers on the finish.

Nice summer cab. Light, cherry comes forward on the flavor, and a hint of acid persists on the finish. Really enjoyable, well balanced. Good value.

Very nice Ohio wine. Crisp, clean and refreshing. A good amount of acid for a chardonnay. Really enjoyed this one as it had a light aspect yet would pair well with food.

Nice big, dark red. Mocha, dark berries and cigar smoke. Dry finish with some spice. Tart blackberries linger. The longer it was left open the more jammy blackberry became apparent and forward in the flavor.

Nice wine, and got better as it continued to open. Nice fruit (particularly plum) for a Zin, with earth and spice coming though as well. The finish is nice and lingers with a touch of toasted oak . Very enjoyable.

Pretty good but didn't hold up over time. After 1.5 days I went back to it and it really lost its initial luster.

Delicious Oregon pinot noir. Initially notes of oak and smoke, the wine progressed to a wonderful dry finish. I then tasted after passing wine through the Vinturi which really helped it open up. The delicate flavor began to unwind as dried strawberries lingered on the finish with a touch of spice presenting itself midway through. I would certainly buy this wine again...on day 2 the wine come across with initial hints of spice and red fruit. Good, but not quite as lively as on day 1 as the fruit seems to be less prominent. Very smooth but some of the complexity is lost. An enjoyable wine, but less impressed than when we first drank the wine.

For the price, this wine is an excellent Italian summer white. Not a ton to it, but it is incredibly refreshing. Pairs well with pasta/chicken/fish. Initially the wine comes forth with notes of apple. Dry and thirst quenching, the wine has nice fruit. The finish, however, is somewhat quick and flat but very clean. It leaves you expecting slightly more. This is a great wine to start with/pair with an appetizer.

Golden in color. Apple & pear come across initially to give way to a sweet-butter finish. Acid comes through at the beginning. This wine is a little more dry than I was initially expecting which was a very pleasant surprise. The finish is just a little flat; nose is a bit weak/underwhelming. That being said, this wine was enjoyable. A nice summer white.

Amazing wine. Decanted for about 45 minutes to an hour. Aromas of spice and earth, the flavor blended smoke, leather, tobacco with earthy oak and a nice hint of red fruit. Paired wonderfully with beef. The finish was long and lingering.

Pepper early gave way to red fruit. Pepper and spice on the nose one opened, noticed early in the flavor and the finish centered around cherry and raspberry. As the wine opened, the fruit on the finish began to linger more and the pepper subsided somewhat. Quite unique for a merlot, and a great value for the price.
