Outstanding 23 year old wine. Lost a lot of its sweetness and kept its acidity and all its flavour. Really exceptional wine.

A very good Saint Amour. I tested it across few months using a Coravin. Always been on top of my Beaujolais list. On the fruit, not on the alcohol.

Drink this wine first if you plan to open many bottles. It is light and subtle, very refined with notes of red fruits and very floral as well. Was perfect with a steak.

Just OK and definitely not worth the price I paid for this bottle. Had it with a steak and it was acidic and too tannic with no specificities at all.

Very strong in alcohol. Full body. All on the matured red fruits. Goes well with meat.

This 2006 was all on the fruit. Alcohol had mostly gone. Should have been drunk a few year earlier. A very good experience nonetheless.

Drunk it with an Indian Masala lamb (recipe from Decanter June 2022). Went well with the food, but I have not been totally carried away by this Pinot Noir. It is a fair one. Not a great one for the cost.
