Very fresh and mineral-driven right now, reminiscent of a Chablis. Needs a lot more time in the bottle to develop complexity.

Stunner of a Pomerol. Drinking beautifully right now after a 2 hour decant. Paired wonderfully with beef tenderloin and bordelaise sauce.
