No notes. Was a gift from my wife and enjoyed with some pork chops. Bigger style and enjoyable. Could stand a bit more acidity.

No formal notes, as usual these days. Was big and tasty. Seemed more mature than it is. In a good way!

Decanted and drank over a few hours, although not much change over the time. Very nice with cola and cherry flavors dominant. Good amount of acidity that held up to BBQ pork chops, yet didn't overpower when drinking alone after. Wish I was allocated more than one.

Just got better and better! Still a bit young. Had with Dungeness crab. Nose a bit one dimensional, yet enticing. Pop and pour. last glass at the 3 hour mark, and as usual, the most impressive. Mostly cherry and a bit earthy on the nose. Elegant tannins. Acidity a bit out of step with the fruit, which makes this not the best food wine. This last glass (without food), has a bit of garrigue I find in southern rhones which really adds to the cherry and mushroom flavors. I'll wait at least a year to drink the last bottle.

Really coming together nicely! Dark fruit and anise mostly with the tannins smooth and silky. Well done! I'll try another later this year, or early next.

Drank over 2 nights. Well made and priced. No formal notes (as with most wines these days), the boy takes up all my time. Happily so!!

Wow! Really enjoying this. Decanted and drank over 3 hours. At first lots of menthol and red berries. After an hour or so, more pencil, dark fruit, and earthiness. Wish I had more. Drinking great right now.

Still quite nice. Fruit, acidity, and tannins are in balance. Drank over 2 days and didn't slow down on day 2 at all. Very nice.

Decided to give one of these a try. Decanted for 3 hours. Still very tight and singular. There is definitely potential, but I'm not sure it will develop as others insist it will. No formal notes, 6 month old baby takes all my energy. Happily! Try again next year

The best of my case. Unfortunately my last bottle, and worse yet, I only had a glass then had to prepare for a family trip. Damn, I almost had a glass before the flight this morning at 8 AM! Oh well, there will be more southern Rhone QPR beasts........I hope.

Not sure if these need more time to come together or if they're a hopeless cause. Very sharp and disjointed. There is underlying fruit, but alcohol and tannin override the show...for now.....I hope.

Popped and poured. Had as a BYO at teatro zinn zanni. Somewhat tight and probably should have waited or decanted. Big and ripe fruit was definitely evident, but the secondary flavors I experienced with the first bottle were hidden in the background. No heat that others have been experiencing. Will wait to drink, or decant others

I feel as if I may be drinking these too early, but at this price it doesn't matter. Just give it an hour decant and go from there. Nice and savory with dark fruit, leather and garrigue. Great QPR.

Decanted an hour. This bottle didn't show as well as the others. Not really sure why. It could have to do that I drank it with baked salmon and sauteed broccolini. It was still delicious, but all the little nuances I remember weren't there. I may drink my other 2 without food, or with just some cheeses.

Decanted for 2 hours. Moderate amounts of anise and dark red fruit. A bit more oak than I would normally expect. Everything is well integrated. This is a well made wine, I hope it gains some extra flavors in the coming years.

Better than last bottle in terms of the mustiness. It was there at the onset, but dissipated quickly. Not quite up to the better bottles I've had though. Have 2 more, hope they've held up.
