I think I had the wine outside the drinking window (Apr 2024). There was a great nose, but when drinking, the palate was just non-existent. The finish left a sharpness on the tongue that made it unpalatable. Probably would have been good a year or two ago.

Honestly, just a great vineyard and great work by the winemaker. Perfumey and fruity, with lovely tannins and great finish. This vintage is still going strong, but would consume within a year or so.

Delicious semi-dry Riesling. Paired great with some spicy Indian food. Definitely fun to drink in warm weather.

Bright red fruit with a slight cured meat note on the nose.
Palate hits hard with warm spices, vanilla. Definitely some power in it.
Sharp tannins that smooth very nicely at the finish.
Would recommend but finish in one night (got pretty sour the next night).

I think it was past it’s prime. Tasted very sour and had no nose. Unfortunate.

PnP. Nose - lemon peel, with a little bit of grapefruit. On the palette, a strong taste of honeysuckle. Very smooth finish, with just a hint of acidity. Well balanced - very glad I have one more to enjoy.

Great to drink on it's own but would have loved this with a rack of lamb.

I saw that the drink window on this bottle was past optimal, so I thought I would open it when having some pasta with Italian sausage and broccoli rabe.

It may not have been optimal, but I couldn't deny this wine was delicious!
N: smoky cured meat, brined olives, rosemary
P: black cherry, stewed plums, black pepper
F: lingered on the palate for a little bit, but not long enough.

Still going strong, probably could keep for another two years.

Floral nose of red cherries and a little a forest floor.
Bright acidity on the palate - makes you salivate for some food.
The finish is a little short for my taste, but still lovely.

We consumed with Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp) and it was a perfect match. Highly recommend.

Opened this bottle on my birthday, May 10 2022. For a 17 year old wine, it is still quite fruity! The nose had aromas of cassis/currants with a little bit of allspice in the back. The palate was smooth, with just a hint of tannins, and a taste of figs and plums very prevalent. Finish was not very long, but long enough to enjoy. Highly recommend consuming now, but can still cellar for 2-3 years more if you like.

It has a great taste of the Southern Rhone despite being a non vintage. Definitely try it

I wasn't sure what to expect when I poured this into my glass. The color was almost an amber yellow, indicating to me that it might have gone bad, but it was far from it!

Nose: Caramel apple with a hint of stone
Palate: Apple, cinnamon, and mineral
Finish: A little short for my taste, would have preferred a longer finish.

Overall, a very good wine from a producer not known for their Gewurtz - definitely give it a chance and drink now!

Luscious stewed plums and blueberries with soft tannins and a smooth finish.

Beautiful pale Ruby color.
Nose had a heavy red fruit character.
Taste was round with just a hint of stewed cherries.
Finish was smooth.
Would recommend for any pinot lover.
