wife not a huge fan. It’s a good wine that is very typical of the Paso Robles region. Little to “hot” for me

Wonderful Cabernet Franc paired nicely with a mediterranean spice rack of lamb, parsnips and cauliflower purée with a side of brussels sprouts. This cab Franc was nice on the nose and not gamy as most Cabernet francs can be. I started to pick up a little pepper after dinner was over. Did not spend too much time with the wine as dinner was absolutely fantastic. When was the Canton at least 30 minutes and it was a wonderful symphony with the lamb

Nice Chardonnay. Fresh, clean and easy to drink. Does not have the big oak or buttery taste that plagues so many Chardonnay’s with excessive amounts of malalactic fermentation. Nice citrus flavor. Overall a very good unique wine.

Beautiful beautiful one. Amazing bouquet of aromas on the nose. Primarily vanilla, baking spices, nutmeg. Soft tannins, incredible balance of fruit flavor and hints of plum and other black fruits.

I shared this wine with family for my sisters birthday. Unfortunately some of the guests initial response to this wine was that it felt “dirty“. I also echo the same sentiment an added notes of tobacco and petroleum. Not a clean finish. Just not for me. Different flavor profile than I am used to. It was bald and was certainly a mouth full. Just not the flavors that I was looking for

Sister’s birthday dinner. Wonderful soft balance, Beautiful aroma on the nose with hints of vanilla and baking spices. Wine is a nice reflection of the stags leap area, bold flavor yet softer on the palette than most other napa cabs. We enjoyed a 2014 Groth which was much bolder in flavor. This wine decanted about 35min. Much more than that you start to loose some of the aroma and “punch”. Very good

Nice fresh mouthful of fruit, thick viscosity and lots of fun to drink! Had this at Disney world... shhh. Peach, a bit of melon, honey and granite mineral as it warms up. So good.

Something Italian to go with a quick pasta. Sour, high acid, good bit of tannin and a bit jammy. But, it’s wine. Lol. I didn’t decant or take the time to jot down notes. I’m also making this note the day after.

Great everyday drinker. Not too jammy and a solid example of the Pinot noir. I’ve had more complex pinots, but this will do the trick with some Tuesday tacos

Floral nose with noticeable alcohol. Color is ruby red with medium to thick legs. Nice consistency, not thin and not thick, just right. Taste has notes of red fruit forward on the palette, and notes of oak, chocolate and slight tobacco On the mid palette. You can taste the alcohol, but it has a smoothness that keeps you coming back for more. It’s a clean drinking Pinot with a smooth interesting start and a similar pleasant smooth finish. Highly recommend and worth the price.

The more wines you taste, you fall out of love with wines like this. Years ago, this was a “go to” when my wife and I were dating. However, either the recipe changed or they started tinkering with it to make this more mass market. I get chemicals and plastic on the nose, and tons of sugar and jam on the palette. Sadly, the value isn’t there anymore for this wine. Should be priced at $9.99 not at a $20 level.

Soft on the palette, alcohol on the nose. Needs a minimum of 30min in decanter. Dark fruit and chocolate. Easy everyday wine, ready to drink. Nice pepper on the mid palette
