All the signs of a quality Zin! The nose has a dry Southern California brush feel under a really juicy layer of black and red fruit. It has intense fruitiness with additional complexity.

This 100% Pinot has the depth of body you’d expect, dusty nose of pomegranate and green melon, carries a nice sweetness and tart fruitiness through.

Awesome crisp rose. The sweetness lends a fuller body than some other rose, but it paired beautifully with an afternoon in the backyard and a lunch of avocado toast :)

Love this wine, surprise sangiovese blend!
Lots of rich black fruit flavors with a ripe nose. Could have sworn this was a fruity Syrah blend.

This wine is refined and delicious. I will definitely be trying Sangiovese paso blends again. So good.

Great balance, nose of brush and bramble fruit, on the palate there is more fruit but not overwhelming by any means.

Good to drink now if you like the harder edges, I’d love to try again once it softens some more

Solid wine, good acidity. Not a ton of fruit, it would definitely set up to age nicely. But without the secondary characteristics this falls at a “nice wine” category.

Color: dusty red-pink with a watery rim
Nose: immediately powerful, vanilla, concentrated scents of rosemary and forest floor that comes through as syrupy almost
Opens up to black fruit, spice, and a lengthy finish.

Perfumed and Woodsy. It’s delicious.
Merlot characteristics with a strongly aromatic nose of flowers and forest.
Still very strong on the palate, I’d like to try it again after it softens with some time.

First Matthiason wine I have tried, will definitely be ordering more!

Clear gold with hints of green
Complex aromas of earth, mineral, and touches of oak.

Spicy mouthfeel with baked apples and a zesty tropical layer on the palate.

Melts into a smooth long finish.

Nose is saline, round and spicy. Palate continues it but it moves into a smooth creamy oak. Multiple mouthfeels. Super good

This wine would go incredibly with a ragu and a cold evening. It was much better the second day when it settled into its fruitiness, raisins and vanilla

Palate: mint and dark chocolate coated fruits, woody finish.

Very smooth wine, viscous and well put together.
Almost port-like, which makes sense because their port is one of my favorite wines ever

Full bodied and ripe.
White flower, citrus and a spicy chewiness on the nose that carries a melody of stone fruit citrus as minerality on the palate.
It flashes between chalky minerality and ripe fruits.

Long finish.
As per usual, super interesting wine from Tercero!

Nose is dark fruit, soil, some black pepper.
Good concentrated fruit on the palate that is excellently balanced with the body and brooding ness of the wine, maybe some tar.

The more you sip on it the more the frui notes come out.
