This was a forgotten bottle I had and brought it to a champagne tasting, just for fun. It surprised all of us. First time I've had a Cava with maturity tones. Too long ago that I tasted this though, since I am writing this autumn 2023 and we drank it in the summer of 2022. But it was a fun tasting and I remember still how surprised we were.

Otrolligt bra. Detta är ett sånt vin som man kan sitta och lukta på en hel kväll. Otroligt stort. Världsklass. Vi körde det till hamburgare och steak, vilket passade som handen i handsken.

Wow, in my quest to find cheap white burgundy, I stumbled on to this one. I bought a couple of bottles back in February, and truth be told, I'd forgotten about them. I tried one now and this was excwellent for the price. There's a hint of what a good white burgundy tastes like, but for a fifth of the price. Minerals, peach and citrus. Yummy and a well worth "Tuesday bottle". Will probably order a few more to have around.

Had this in International Tannat Day. Earthy, leather and tobacco. I think this can last another 10 years in a cellar or maybe a lot longer, to be honest.

I had this bottle together with a bottle of 2008, which made this one come out short. It’s a great wine, but way to young to drink now I feel. That being said, once the bottle had been open for a few hours it developed more. So, make sure to decant this a few hours ahead of time, if you have the chance.

We decided to open this with a bottle of 2018 at the same time. To compare what 10 years can do. I honestly thought the 2008 was the 2018. It is still so youthful. Sure, less tannins, but they are still there. Amazing bottle. I have a case of 2018 left, so I will forget about that one for another 5 years at least. :)

This bottle has matured a lot more than I expected. We’re talking nuttiness here, apricots, plums and raisins. A fantastic champagne.

Nice citrus and tropical fruits. Not like a white burgundy, but fresh and well balanced. Just make sure you don't serve this too cold, becuase then a bit of bitterness appears.

This one had the base of 2016. It is great, but still a bit too young I think. I think it would be better after a few more years. I will let my other bottle rest for another 4 years I think, to be had in 2026 the earliest. But don't get me wrong, this is still very tasty. :)

Not bad. Heard some people explain it as a bit boring, so I drank with with lowered expectations. This is a good Chardonnay. Peach, apples are there. Good value for the price I think.

This was great. I've had it for a few years and had sort of forgotten about it. Anyways, this was a great bottle - fruity and some oak. I think the 3 years helped it. I enjoyed this on the International Furmint Day - February 1st.

A bit too much citrus for my taste, when drinking it as an aperitif. But, with food, it worked great. Served it with cod and a creamy white wine sauce. It balanced it out.

Way past it's peak. It tasted like port, but without the sweetness. But it wasn't flat either. It still had tannins left.

An excellent value I think. It's an easy drinker that doesn't need food. We finished the whole bottle, but I am quite certain this will be even better day 2 or 3, since it is so young.

A great value champagne. Young, but still tastes of a bit of aging, from the reserv wine I assume. I like the nuttiness.

The acidity is very high, which I like. It sort of reminds me of Krug 168eme. Now, this wine does not taste like Krug, it's just what I thought of in regards to the high acidity. A great wine to sip and enjoy by itself, I think.
