This just gets better each time I open a bottle- packed with flavor and pairs well with red meat, poultry and pasta dishes. Wish I had more.
White
Crisp, lovely tropical fruit, just so easy to drink - perfect warm weather wine.

A close to perfect wine drinking very well right now, but I expect will improve over the next 3-5 years

Drinking very nicely with 15 minutes in a decanter and some additional time in the glass.Good balance of fruit and acidity. Very nice example of a Priorat Grenache and good QPR.

Decanted about 30 minutes before serving - this was a big bold smack of fruit deliciousness. As each of my friends took their first sip, it was fun to see their eyes light up. Perfect wine for a birthday celebration.

Perfectly in balance and a pleasure to drink right now.

Great QPR - wonderful nose, lots of fruit on the palate, drinking nicely for such a young wine.

Decanted about 30 minutes before drinking. Everything that is great about wines from Tench Vineyard and wines made by TRB. Beautiful, rich nose and just incredibly smooth on the palate. Fruit and tannins in balance. Sad that I only have 1 bottle left.

Opened this up to celebrate a friend’s successful recovery from major surgery. Decanted for 1 hour and then returned to the bottle 6 hours before dinner.
Such an elegant wine at this stage - fruit is present but not overwhelming, tannins are nicely integrated. Enjoying a special wine with good friends - reminds me that, most times, life is good

Pnp and consumed over a couple of hours at a gathering of friends. Delicious out of the gate and improved over the course of drinking. Good balance of fruit and tannins.

Opened to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday - the wine definitely lived up to the occasion. Decanted for about an hour before being poured into glasses. Amazing nose rising from the glass; fruit and some hints of warm spices. Drinking beautifully right now with great balance and finish.

Splash decanted for about an hour then poured back into the bottle about an hour before serving. Wonderful nose - mocha, dark blue fruits. In the mouth, rich, elegant and delicious, with tannins perfectly in balance. Drink now or hold for another 5 years (will be hard not to drink now!)

This was drinking very nicely with pnp, but probably could have shone more of its quality with an hour or 2 decant time.

Drinking Beautifully with a 30 minute decant.
Rosé
One of our favorite summer wines, pairs well with almost everything.

Enjoyed this side by side with the '15 Cos D'estournel; a real contrast between the 2 wines, with the Blankiet showing very nicely. On this night, the Blankiet definitely came across a weightier, with some pepper notes on the finish. A delicious wine.

Just a wonderful wine - beautiful color, nose and mouthfeel. An explosion of fruit on the palate, with the alcohol held nicely in check. Down to 2 bottles and it will be hard not to open them in the next year or two.

"found" this bottle in my cellar following a long overdue reorganization; it has stood the test of time, although it tasted less like a Sauvignon Blanc and more like a Chenin Blanc. Offered a glass to the sommelier at dinner, who shared it blind with his 2 colleagues, neither guessed SB.
Rosé
Pale pink in color; crisp, decent acidity, no trace of smoke - very enjoyable.
Red
Just a fabulous cab drinking perfectly right now. Popped and poured with an aerator.

Always a crowd pleaser - light, crisp and goes well with most foods.

Arrived this week and I could only wait a couple of days before trying. Great aromas of tropical fruit, crisp with good acidity - an excellent California Sauvignon Blanc.

Consumed after accidentally freezing the bottle :( - despite this mishap, the wine was still fresh with good acidity and paired nicely with some calimari and seafood pasta. Look forward to enjoying my next bottle under better conditions

Enjoyed during Superbowl LV - a nice counterpoint to the Brunello consumed earlier that evening.

Excellent after opening the day before. Paired well with both assorted cheeses and spaghetti with sausage in a blush sauce. Classis sangiovese.

PNP and consumed (at cellar temperature) over an hour. Savory with hints of pepper. Not bad but could have possibly used a couple hours in a decanter. Will hold my remaining bottle for a few years.
