Heavy body, strong plum and berries favours, slight oak. No tertiary favours. Good body and tannis, would definitely benefited from cellularing.

Taking price into account, the GMS and this wine, the 2016 Barossa & Eden Valleys Shiraz, are my favorites in the Powells' lineup. The blend is 50-50, as there was a single foudre from each region used in the blend. The nose is more floral and garrigue-like than the straight Barossa Shiraz, with mulberry and blueberry fruit mingling easily on the palate. It's full-bodied, creamy-textured and rich, with a concentrated, velvety finish that's a clear step up from the entry-level wines

爸:有果味,醇厚,少少幾好味!
Me: medium to heavy body, rich favour of berries, oak, and very balance acidity and alcohol. Good !

The 2017 Lily's Garden Shiraz is marked by ripe cherry fruit and herbal undertones. Hints of thyme and mint appear on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is creamy and ripe, turning silky on the finish. This is one of the few Garden series wines where the oak is evident, but it's still well blended with the rest of the wine, showing up as just a bit of additional structure.
