I liked this much more than my previous bottle. Still not much on the nose or the finish but the pallet shows nice fruit and acidity and went well with food.

Mostly tastes of sweet fruit juices of pear and apple. Has some mineral flavors and a lush texture, but with so much sweetness and little verve, it tastes more like drinking a fruit juice blend rather than a fine wine.

Wine shows dark cherries on the nose and the pallet with the addition of an earthy note on the pallet. Nice balance with tongue-coating tannins and sweet, ripe fruit. Finishes dry but with sweet fruit with a nice touch of bitter cherries and a floral note.

The nose shows bright red cherries and possibly raspberries. On the pallet there is pure red fruit with good acidity and a slight herbal note. It finishes with drying and slightly astringent tannins and also nice, tart cherries and an herbal note. I didn't mind the herbal note and rather liked the drying finish and the rest of the wine was really tasty.

A little funky aroma on the nose with no fruit aroma at all. Tastes mostly of smoke and char with very little berry. My guess is that this wine was originally boosted by dark toasted oak barrels but didn't have the fruit and structure to go with it. The fruit faded quickly and now it just tastes like charred oak.

Nose is closed off with noticeable red fruit and vanilla. On the pallet more flavors of ripe and tart cherries and raspberries. Wine body is very nice with a silky texture and with acidity to give the wine a good structure. The finish is long and clean with dark fruit. I really loved this wine.

Aromas are of wine and grapes and vanilla. On the pallet the flavors are of syrupy sweet black and red fruit and spice and some vegetal flavors. The finish has a tough of dry tannins and sweet, somewhat syrupy fruit. Theyrupiness of the fruit brings down the score of an otherwise enjoyable wine.

Nose shows a little alcohol and fruit has just a touch of jamminess which isn't unexpected from a warm vintage. On the pallet there is nice, ripe black cherry and some spice. The finishes shows sweet fruit and some spice. This is a nice bottle of pinot from a warm vintage.

I agree with others that this wine may have been better when young. On the palet I taste tart cherry and/or rasberry and some spice. The finish was long with more fruit and spice.

Currant and cherry on the nose and pallet. Also, flavors of tobacco, white pepper, and earth and a touch of greenness that I taste often in Washington Cabernet. Very good wine with nice acid and tannic balance to the fruit. Medium length finish of fruit and tannins which were just a bit tough.

Somewhat rustic at first and with noticeably high alcohol. But after a couple days in the fridge it lost the harsh edges and the fruit really came forward and was an enjoyable wine. I recommend decanting for at least a few hours before drinking this.

Medium body fruit driven wine with ripe plum and other dark fruits. Shows smokiness, which might be a bit overdone, and tobacco and a slight herbal note. The oak is present but not overdone and add some tannin backbone and vanilla notes. Medium length finish with more fruit and vanilla.
