Dark in color with aromas of smoked pork, blueberry, and anise. In the mouth there was nice texture more fruit and earthiness and good finish.

If you still own this wine, drink stat.

I will agree with the community average drink date on this one. Color was fine and since I was drinking with someone very familiar with this wine I can stand behind my score and advice to drink.

Garnet with some slight fading in color, aromas of acidity and tart blackberry persist. In the mouth, there is lacking of depth and continued tartness.
