This was a real treat. Drank from Jeroboam. The wine had been stored perfectly and was in grape shape. Softened edges, but minimal signs of tertiary flavors. Aging very gracefully. This bottle could have had a much longer life.

Completely shut down and rough around the edges. Tried everything to pry something out of this wine; failed. Very disappointing. Hopefully it re-emerges for someone.

Very light. Pretty shut down. Not much there at all. Faint strawberry. Not what I expect from Fourrier

Very primary. Loads of carbonic notes. Needed a good decant. More forward than I remember other vintages.

Always a beauty. Rollin is so consistent; the wines never let me dont. The wine certainly shows the richness of the vintage. Not my favorite vintage, but very enjoyable with a cheese and charcuterie plate.

Structure still very fresh and vibrant. Nose and palate showing secondary flavors. Very enjoyable.

Pretty shut down right now. Started to open up with about an hour in decanter. Never really showed itself fully. I would wait another 5 years to try again.

Still drinking young. Vibrant acidity, primary dark and red fruits, secondary notes developing.

Fourrier is always a great experience. The wine doesn't scream the typical Gevery flavor profile, instead displays a purity and freshness that is rarely rivaled. Delicious mid palate as always. The wine is open, but still quite primary.

Herbs, cola, there is some concentrated red fruits, but it takes a back seat. Broad, coating tannin, Very present, but not overtly aggressive.

One of the better wines I've had this year. Drank nice village level Burgundy. Good secondary flavors, primary fruit still in balance, structure holding well. I real surprise.

From Magnum. Really good place. Classic bandol notes, tannins softened greatly, secondary flavors abundent, fruit aging but holding strong, not drying out.

A bit tight and reductive initially. Opened up after an hour or so. The fruit is darker and riper than normal. Good to drink now. Very enjoyable

Nose of strawberry, cherry, gooseberry, blood orange with a touch of spice; very elegant nose, if being a bit high toned; good concentration for the vintage.

Hightoned red on the palate, good fruit purity, tannins resolved. In a good place to drink now. Med finish and length. Good QPR at $50

Poured from Coravin....initial impression, jumps out of the glass while pouring, noticeable wood, fresh, cool and dark fruit. Fruiting hiding a bit, but you can tell there is alot there. Opens up to more dark fruit, dirt and mushrooms, sappy dark fruit. Rich & chewy, but a notiable elegance that I rarely find in village Aloxe; this is a great expression. 2014 treated Rollin very well.

Restaurant Purchase; Pop n Pour. I drink alot of Foreau, so I'm used to a more aged, richer syles of Vouvray sparkling. This is very precise, mineral driven, but lacks the complesity of the Foreau offerings. It is still quite enjoyable, but I perfer Foreau, for around the same price. I will stick with the still wines from Huet.

Restaurant Purchase. Initially quite tight; decanted. Paired well with about everything. Dark red fruits, very earthy, very complex nose the ripe red and berries, tobacco leaf, with other pyrazine flavors. Great lift on the wine, with so much potential.

Red and dark fruits in many presentations, dried, decaying, ripe, tea leaf, tobacco, very long. Plenty of life. Furthers my opinion of 1993 being one the great vintages of the last 40 years.

Very light in color. A bit rustic, good minerality, but lacking the power and regal that I expect from CDLR. Read good things about this producer, but first time trying. Did they struggle with the vintage?

A monster of a wine, super extracted, ripe, spicy, a little much for me, but some of the tasters (primarily CA wine drinkers) loved it.

Bigger , darker in flavor and more dense than I expected for the village and vintage. Good quality but missing the aromatics that I expect from Barolo Township.

Very good. If there was one fault, there may be a touch of VA. That being said this was very enjoyable, and classic Treiso elegance with the power of 2006. I wish I had more of these. In a really great place right now.

Really impressive for Barolo Normale. Classic Barolo, floral, red fruit, castiglione structure, really enjoyable. For the vintage, the fruit was quite balanced and not over ripe at all. One to stock up on. One of the best 2011 barolo normale I've had

Ruby red grapefruit, tropical fruits, rocky minerality. Very young, a bit advanced for its age, in both color and flavors. My second 2013 Graves that seemed advanced. Something to keep an eye on. High acidity, medium length.
