Absolutely magical. This is what CndP is all about.

5/12/22, 6:01 PM - Half a bottle saved for the second day is still holding up well. The color shows very slight bricking but mostly deep ruby red. A moderate amount of sediment, this should be decanted. The nose has lots of dark fruit and funky undertones or earth and leather. The palate is medium weight and well balanced with tannins and acidity. Medium length finish.

This really is a beautiful wine and will continue to drink well for several years to come.

Drank this with Christmas dinner. Gorgeous deep red color. The nose is open with ripe red fruits. Great balance and feel on the palate. This is drinking really well right now. I'm not sure how this will age but it should be good for another 2 - 3 years, maybe more.

It's super delicious.

1/6/22, 7:03 PM - I think it's drinking very well now with a good amount of fruit remaining. Tannins are soft on the palate yet firm on the finish. Acidity is a bit low and perhaps starting to fade. I'd say drink now to within a year or two but I think it will continue to be an enjoyable wine for several more years to come.

Very good, if not quite great. Maybe a little young?
  • kris.h commented:

12/25/21, 8:39 PM - Definitely still young. Lovely now but will only get better from here on out.

I was looking for a CdR to pair with some lamb stew, and this really fit well. Great acidity, some nice fruit on the nose and some coffee/chocolate aromas. I'll be buying more of it.

3/10/10, 11:19 PM - The stew was good but peppery. Went well with the CdR.
