Starting to mature. Roses, herbs and a hint of coca on the nose. Medium consentration and bright acidity.

A stellar combination with lamd carre and barley grain and shitake-muschrooms.

Gjennomtrukket og våt kork skaper bekymring. Lukter syltede kirsebær og fraflyttet, sommervarmt hus. Smaken følger duften. Grei intensitet. Fremdeles tanniner igjen, og noe varme fra alkoholen i utgangen. En fin syre fremmer spyttproduksjonen. Dette er fin vin, men over toppen.

Yeast and nuts on the nose. In the mouth there are yellow apples, nuts and corints. Mouthwatering acidity. Nice pairing with a pork roast.

Ripe fruit of yellow plum and pear. Some oak shining through. Accidity is there with some minerality, giving the wine an interesting core. Very good indeed, and it really camy to its right with cod, potato mash and bacon/mushroum.

Sweet and dense rosehip and toffè on the nose. Lean but attractive in the mouth. Tannins are gone, but the structure is held up by nice acidity. Fairly long lasting taste.

More like a Brunello from a warm year than a Chianti Classico.

Brick red. Deep, sweet nose with flowers and spicies. It follows up nicely in the mouth. Powerfull, but not owerwheling. A hint of animal notes adds complexity. Decent acidity and a long lasting finish. This wine has improved itself bottle by bottle.

Dark red with brown elements. Deep nose of dark, very mature berries and with a hint of raisins as noted by another taster. Taste follows up nicely. A hint of alcohol adds a bit of sweetness and coplexity. The wine ends in brisk, mouthwatering acidity. My last bottle out of six, the most evolved and the best.

Less influenced of age than previous bottles. Even less acidity than i remembered, but this wine has worked well for me with difficult disches, such as e.g. slightly salted cod in tomato sauce and salted and smoked meat and salisas with rootfruits.

Cherries, leather and a faint stroke of forrest floor on the nose. Medium minus consentration of fruit, but a lot of struckture in this wine, with rather high acidity and a finish with noticeable tannins.

A great mismatch with pizza with assorted cheeses, as expected.
