Plum, prune and cherry in the nose. Also eucalyptus. Well roundes tannins (mild, but strong for a Beaujolais), enjoyable acidity. Juicy. Very nice, serious Beaujolais .

Nice nose of lemon zest and Boskop apple, but fortunately not in an apple juice/natural wine way. Sorrel. Unripe apple. Wet stones. Medium bodied, quite strong acidity, but well integrated. Refreshing, but alcohol noticeable. Somewhat bitter as is typical for Italian whites.

Nice Sauvignon Blanc nose with not too much exotic fruit and minerality, gooseberry. Grapefruit. Floral: a rainy spring day in a park. Palate with a little bit of honey and mostly stone. Clearly recognizable as a Sauvignon Blanc, phenolic.

Very subtle and seems older than it is. Transparent pinot-like in the glass. Basically no fruit, just some herbs and dust in the nose. Not very complex on the palate. Dry with some mild tannins and little acidity. A hint of salt. Maybe it needs more aging, but I doubt it. Not bad.

Several citrus fruits including yuzu, lemon and mandarin including the peel. A hint of lemon yogurt. It is mostly about citrus, so not super complex, but completely on point. Quite strong and very pleasant acidity.

Not a lot of fruit in the nose. Some lemon including the zest. Essential oil, camphor, and gum. Nice. Also some almond and riper fruit with air. Somewhat creamy smell. Nose could be mistaken for a Chardonnay. On the palate it is even more subtle and mostly about structure. Slightly bitter.

Reductive nose, a bit of plastic, but goes away with air to some degree. Somewhat green, green tobacco and apple. Acidity is not that strong, but pleasant. Nicely creamy, great texture. A bit salty.

Orange. Smells a bit like glue, also baked apple. Slightly smokey. Not that great unfortunately. The winemaker has some good wines, but I am not a fan of his unfiltered whites.

This is a full-bodied, warm Interpretation of Pinot noir. The color is quite dark. Nice nose: smoke. Red ripe fruit including dried fruits, some cinnamon and spices. Some shoyu.
