Rosé - Sparkling
Very low pressure - nearly still - making it seem fairly flabby.

Zero acidity. Not undrinkable, but not good.

Not so tasty. Like their Syrah...but not this. I do appreciate that they use glass closures.

Entering its drinking window. Will go for another 5-10 easily.
Fruit and acid are well balanced. Tannins still firm. Fine sediment. Would pay 30-40.

Cooked/maderized. From WineBid. Very old bottles whose labels did not match the photo with the lot. Would not have purchased if I'd seen the actual bottle. Sad because I love this champagne when it's sound.

Done with WineBid, never again.

Flawed. Spritzy/fizziness that does not resolve. Acetone on finish suggests VA.

So sad. The 2011 was fantastic.

Not much to smell....blue/purple fruit. Tannins have settled down a bit, but there's still enough to have something to chew on. Moderate acidity keeping things balanced. Plum, blueberry, some eucalyptus/minty notes. Well made, but not particularly exciting or unique. Could probably sleep for a few more years, but no need to...
Rosé - Sparkling
Too sweet, with harsh acidity. Grapey undertones. A little floral, which I like, but I prefer the other Treveri sparklers.

Oxidized. Flat. Deep amber color. Cork dried out and darkened under the cap. Bought from WineBid. Dissapointed.

Unusual but interesting bubbles! Darker orange-rosé color bordering on salmon. Some red fruit on the nose. Very little fruit on the palate. Very nutty, dark bread, almost cocoa flavors. Better than expected after reading the other notes. Went well with shrimp/pasta/tomato cream sauce, but I enjoyed it alone too. Kind of wish I'd bought more than one!

I'm always amazed at how Abeja is so balanced. I can taste the bright red fruit, sense the moderate alcohol and feel the tannins (somewhat resolved) but none more than the other. Great with food or without. Paired nicely with a bison ribeye tonight.

Tons of sediment in neck even after standing up for several days. Room filling aroma of blueberries, anise, alcohol and my garden when it rains. Continued on palate with a more complex spice character and red/purple berries. Tannins were a little sticky at first but smoothed out after a quick decant. Having had these now over several years.....this is as good as it's gonna get, and right now it's pretty damn good.

Delicious. Pale yellow. Floral and fruity without being sweet. Tight, creamy mousse. Prefer it to the Phillipe Prie NV.

Mid yellow color, not quite gold. Tropical nose. Lots of apricot in the mouth and more tropical fruit. Very thin. Slightly bitter. Not bad, but not interesting.

Past peak, but surprisingly still has some life left in it. Fruit pretty much gone, leaving mostly oak and acid. Was probably perfect a couple years ago.

Drinking this was like taking a bite from a piece of fermented fruit. But in a good way. It reminded me of sitting outside during a late summer sunset. Could have used a bit more acid, but definitely worth the 15$ I paid.

Probably should have let it sit a few years, but still tasty. Completely dry. Acids are sharp. Very fine mousse/bubbles.

Fruit forward, berry jam, some methol or eucalyptus, barely any heat, satisfyingly smooth finish. Archetypal syrah.

Popped and poured. Alcohol and barrel up front, leather, dark fruit, slightly medicinal on the finish but not a bad thing. Will decant for at least an hour next bottle.

Red fruit on the nose, extremely tannic, almost chewy, nice structure, should age beautifully, will taste again in a year.
