Still concentrated, still tannic, but the fruit is giving away and it is now nice to drink compared to the first bottle a few years ago. Waiting 2 years for the next. I found berries and anise.

Agree that it is pleasantly drinkable now, but it will get much better. Wait 5 yrs with next bottle. Great value.

March 08. First 2 of 12 bottles. My notes say still strong tannins, wonderful fruity bouquet, wait 2 yrs for next bottle, "french-bordeaux" style. I guess it corresponds to old world style mentioned b4.

Winner in 2 wine tastings in 2000. This is fantastic today. Magnificent wine for a petit chateau. How could I drink most of them so early? Waiting a couple of years with the last 7.

Pierre Peters best wine from old vines in the Chetillons vineyard in Mesnil. Very mineral, fresh and youthful. Enormous wine with superb concentration and length. Store 6 to 8 years.

Pent utviklet vintage med innslag av plommer og bær på duft, og med overtoner av seder og nøtter. Søt, bløt og snill på smak. God vin i en litt polert stil, men den mangler trøkk og substans innover i munnen. Pent priset. ****
