Smoke and blackberry jam on the nose. Full body with blackberries, dry forest floor and a good bit of dirt/minerality. Nice medium length finish with good structure and understated alcohol.

Opaque burgundy color. Raspberries and vanilla on the nose. A bit of cranberry, raspberries, caramel and minerality on the palate. Good mix of modernity with a bit of old world subtlety.

Opened for a day, loads of cherry on the nose w/ liquor and dirt. On the palate, medium bodied with cherries, followed by toasted oak. Supple tannins still present mid palate. Vanilla on the brief finish, not much else.

Earthy smoky dark berry nose. Berries and cocoa on the mid palate. Long finish with a bit of heat. Good with a pork roast and potato salad.
