50+5+13+17+7 Popped and poured. It evolved in the glass and also in the open bottle. Dark stone fruit on the nose, lot's of sour cherry and cocoa on the palate with a finish of cocoa powder and cloves. Wonderful wine, one of the best at it's price point. Just ordered six more bottles.

Bought from WTSO online. This bottle was terrible. Color was good, nose was nice but the wine's mid palate and finish were horrible. The heat on the finish made this wine undrinkable. Hopefully this was just a bad bottle. Update. Opened another bottle yesterday and the wine was fine (mid 80s). The finish was much better on the 2nd bottle - 4 other people tasted and enjoyed the wine. Not much time left on this wine though.

2/27/10, 11:08 AM - Weird. Also bought from WTSO, and my first bottle was flawed. This is my first obviously flawed bottle, ever. I am not sure what the flaw is. It was like eating burning cedar chips.
