A real crowd-pleaser. Drank at my graduation dinner at Tanta, Chicago. Floral bouquet and bright fruit taste. Good amount of acidity that worked well with the pork belly.

Spicy nose, still very acidic with dense tannins but with fruit that appeared later in the night. Finish was on the short side.
