Sad Ross isn't making this wine anymore. The Cab & Syrah blend was surprisingly balanced.

Nice earthy nose with plenty of fruits. Mixed Acids, tannins, fruits, minerals, and oak. Not over oaked. Well balanced. Matched with an excellent price makes this an easy choice.

Note: Paired with Shrimps in Garlic and Iberican ham.

Nice mix of fruit and mineral nose. Smooth tanins crisp finish. Not quite ad bold or complex as I'd like it to be but an excellent syrah none the less.

Little smokey but feels like it has great potential. Got better as the night went on.

Tasted on second day. Tannins smothed out. Not overly bold but nice and smooth.

Excellent sweet wine. Shared with friends as a dinner wine with Risotto and wasn't to sweet to use as a dinner wine. paired very well.
