Found this in my cellar; better than expected for an aging rosé. Drink now. Or yesterday.
White
Definitely notes of mineral, slate, wet rock - in a very good way. Light, well-integrated, and a delicious match for food (paired surprisingly well with the salmon and rice), I would definitely look for this again. I liked the Trebbiano / Chardonnay blend (70% / 30%).
Red
Brought to tasting at Noyes and Cutler. Smoky, cherry, and - oddly - grapefruit Delicious and very approachable.

Fun label; this was a gift from Andrea and Rebecca. Opened and enjoyed with beef and mushroom sauce. The wine is a little too young, with noticeable tannins on the palate. Good, slightly smoky, with a good mouthfeel and a satisfying flavor. Enjoyed it, opened it a little too early, but still a respectable QPR (with a ridiculously fun label).
White - Sparkling
Long finish, very smooth wine. Still could use some time in bottle. One of our tasters didn’t like the finish, but this is a more complex wine for the vintage
White - Sparkling
Lively golden color, warm toasty notes. Zero dosage, very accessible and enjoyable
Rosé
Loved this one. Beautiful, light wine with a deep rose color, lovely balance. Smooth and bright, with citrus and strawberry, I would definitely buy this again.

Slightly oxidized, dark gold color. Slight note of sulfur when opening. Despite that, surprisingly good… one I’d like to find when it hasn’t been heat-damaged.

Not the greatest Chardonnay for the price; it’s a little bitter. Slightly jarring note of acidity, sort of a slightly old pineapple taste. There’s a tiny bit of a creamy finish, but it’s short and I still taste the bitter citrus. Disappointed in this one.

Drank with friends at Bacio; this was a lovely wine. 50% pinot noir, 25% pinot meunier, and 25% chardonnay grapes.

Much different flavor profile than we were expecting from an Oregon Chardonnay. Very light, almost more like a pinot gris than a chardonnay, with notes of pineapple, slate, and the merest breath of oak. Good, but a little unusual. Would pair well with oysters or scallops, but would be completely overwhelmed by anything with a rich sauce.

Enjoyed at a wine tasting dinner with Brenda, Laura, and Sarah at Ciao Bella. Light and crisp, and an excellent pairing with appetizers (ahi tuna spring rolls and caramelized Brussels sprouts). Good by itself but better with food.

Beautiful wine, light orange-rose color. Pineapple and citrus on the nose, with a dry, refreshing mineral taste. Lovely wine, and delicious by itself or with light appetizers.

Really enjoyed this sparkling wine from Austria. Lovely, complex, toasty - delicious with food or just to enjoy (with a champagne beurre blanc sauce).

Wine dinner at Estelle in St. Paul, with tapas and pasta. The wine was an excellent pairing with the food, a delicious, well-integrated red wine with a long finish. No specific notes, but I would definitely seek this wine out again.

Smoked meat (pastrami?) on the nose, and cherries and figs. Mouthfeel is a little lighter than expected; short finish, leaving me feeling that the wine is a little insubstantial. Gift from Solo Vino wine store as “homework” for us to taste and report back. Not bad, but I don’t think I’d purchase the wine.

Cherry, tobacco, well-integrated but with noticeable tannins; slightly bitter (but warm) finish. Good but better with food to balance out the slight bitterness.

Light, uncomplicated- medium finish with notes of crushed roses, mineral, and cherry. Good match for cider and mushroom chicken, and held up surprisingly well to short ribs at Joan's in the Park.

Still an intense wine. Could use a little more time in bottle. Good overall, with rich ruby color, cloves, sausage, and tart blackberry on the palate.

Love this wine. A blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Marsanne, this is a well-integrated wine. Smooth mouthfeel, with floral notes, orange, pineapple, and a slate / mineral finish.

Still a lovely wine. Drank with Spanish tapas, including patatas bravas, pinchitos, and empanadas, with some goat cheese and homemade bread - a perfect accompaniment. Still fresh and elegant.

definitely past its drinking window, but not completely undrinkable. Clear gold, with notes of vinegar, paint thinner, and sour lemon. A wee bit of granite still evident... or maybe slate... but my mouth is puckering up too much to tell. Ok, maybe undrinkable.

Amazing nose - earthy, pepper, a little musty, and a distinctive peppercorn finish. I could just smell this wine - it's wonderful to drink, but really I just want to keep smelling it.

Beautiful nose - deep, rich, earthy, with a deep red color and hints of orange around the edge - almost a bloody-colored wine. Slightly mushroom-y, with soft, integrated tannins. Earth and mushrooms on the palate, with tobacco and an orange (blood-orange?) flavor on the finish.

Watermelon, lily-of-the-valley, roasted peppercorns - an interesting but fascinating nose. On the palate, slate, pear, more floral notes. The wine is light yellow and simply lovely - made from vineyards on a Chaveney ridge just overlooking Condrieu, and fermented in small oak barrels.

Not to my taste, but I'll rate it fairly. On the nose - cat pee, gunflint, high acidity with a chalky, mineral nose. On the palate - very mineral-y, very flinty, slightly sneaker-y smell and taste.

Very light straw color, with a hint of green. Nose is refreshing - almost like cool mineral water. Very little on the palate - few strong flavors - better after a few minutes in the glass. High acidity, grown in a very volcanic soil, has sort of a "wet-sock" taste. Despite this, I enjoyed the wine - but am not certain I would ever purchase it.

Vivid gold color, limestone and mineral aromas; oddly a slight licorice / anise smell and a spicy nose with a hint of sour musk. Very light mouthfeel, with a slightly bitter, acidic finish. Very dry. Fresh and distinctive, especially for a 2000 vintage. The high acidity pairs well with spicy Asian foods.
