Drank at Home Bistro in Boystown. Was fantastic with Bosc pear salad. Lovely on it's own. Golden yellow lots of minerality. Apple or pear quite subtle,has the sanguinous quality I don't know the word for. Steel?

Todd thinks this tastes like drinking Chardonnay from a wooden plank. Very oaky.

I think it tastes like pineapple juice that is burning. High alcohol.

We will probably stick to Kistler and Hopper Creek- much tastier california chardonnays!

Shared with Todd's bandmates at Smoque. A great bottle of wine- went beautifully with the pulled pork and brisket. Very fruity (everything I love about a Zin) but with an unexpected expression of terroir. I will drink again and again.
