From memory the next day. PnP and drank over 4 hours. Opaque purple/black. Full body. Very smooth and pleasant. Fresh and rich, like a restrained 5-yr old new world Cab, with just a hint old old world earth. Not overly complex. Short finish. Opened up just a little after an hour. Wish I had one more to try in another 5 years, but CT reminded me I have two ‘10s.

PnP and drank over 3 hours. No detailed notes. Opaque ruby black. Medium+ body. Very long finish. Prominent spice. Black cherry and licorice, with hints of strawberry. Plenty of life left. I’m adding another 4 years to the drinking window, but it may be great longer than that.

PnP. No detailed notes. I agree with the recent reviews. Nice, but not complex. It still has 2, 3, 4, or more years left, but apparently people who posted like comments didn’t change the Drinking Window: “By 2022.” I’m now trying to discipline myself to change the window if a wine has more life left. If we all do that, we might be able to rely on the dates, instead of having to read the recent notes.

PnP. Rich honey color. Full-bodied — almost the consistency of ice wine, but not as sweet. Honey with a hint of lemon, and maybe a very little melon. A touch on the sweet side. This is not your typical crisp, hot-weather Summer sipper. It’s more like fall by the fireside. It would be great with pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving.

PnP and drank over 2+ hours. Semi-translucent ruby, showing its age with a slight brown tinge. Light-bodied; i.e., classic Oregon Pinot weight. Tangy/tart cherry, plus some strawberry. Nice spice. Long finish highlighting more of the strawberry. After 20-30 minutes opened up to smooth and fruitier, with the strawberry rising to equal. Still nice spice and a long finish. At an hour, the fruitiness wore off and we had a great example of a classic Oregon Pinot. Complex cherry flavors, nice spice and a very long finish. Bravo!

PnP and drank over 2 hours. Ruby/black, nearly opaque. Spice is first impression. Cherry and dark fruit, with a hint of anise. Fuller mouthfeel than archetypal Oregon Pinot. Very long finish. Delicious and interesting. In a great place now, but no hurry to drink. Wish I had more!

PnP and drank over 2 nights. Opaque black with ruby tinge. Medium body. Uncommon flavor profile. Black Cherry, with raspberry and cranberry, and a hint of blackberry. Anise too? Very nice spice. Moderate finish is mostly black cherry and spice. Plenty of fruit, but I don’t find it sweet per se. No signs of deterioration at 14 yoa. It is not a wine I’d like drink every day, but it’s a wonderful change of pace.
