Continues to overdeliver for the price. Walks right up to the line of being overwhelmed by oak, so a good hour or two of decant helps blow that off. Serving temp would also be important. Room temp pop n pour would probably kill its performance.

Nice nose. Creamy mid-palate. Lacks acidity on the finish, which really diminishes its compatibility with many foods you would expect to pair with this varietal.

Weak, unfocused flabby cab. Not typically what you’d expect from Columbia Valley.

My second vintage of Lillian. Found it to be much less elegant than the 2017. Quality, and may need more time in bottle. Did not find anything particularly extraordinary about it at this point.

Outstanding. Rounder and more tropical than most Forge Riesling.

This is not my kind of Rioja. I don’t know the blend, and generally I love Tempranillo. There is something in this blend that I don’t care for. It tastes like a healthy dose of Cabernet Franc, but that’s just a guess.

Tasty, but a bit too over the top for my liking. Muddled midpalate, overcooked fruit and a healthy dose of oak. It was at its best right after opening.

Excellent Syrah from a great producer. Beautifully balanced. Long deep red fruits with silky mouthfeel and nice acidity on the finish.

Please give this a few more years. It was tremendous but that is based on the last glass, after a 90 minute decant and another hour open in bottle. Only at this point was this wine beginning to show its potential.

strawberry/watermelon across the palate. noticeable residual sugar to make it popular. not my style, but good on a hot summer day for the price.

Extraordinary unique cabernet from Morgan. This was such a great bottle on night one, I wished I had bought more. Hard to describe the nose and matching palate, but it was delicious. It put on weight over the next two nights, rounding out and fruit becoming more dominant. I will definitely drink the remaining bottles on night one.

Continue to be impressed with wine after wine from this producer. Beautiful Grenache driven effort here. Delicate without being shy.

Very nice wine that needs a couple years to soften. I found their "The House" version much more approachable just after bottling. Worth the added price, but it requires a long decant or patience.

This wine is an absolute monster right now. It is the biggest, densest right bank I've ever had. The potential great, but it is at least 10 years away from reaching said potential. This wine would be fascinating to follow over the next 25 years.

Meyer lemon, white grapefruit on the nose. Quite dry across the tongue. Great tension in this wine. It dances on your tongue for a good 30-40 seconds. Finish is a little underwhelming.

This is the kind of Napa Cab that is right up my alley. Linear, fruit present but not fruit driven. structure beyond belief. I can't believe that this came off a discount website. Proof that Beringer makes some great wines beyond their entry level swill.

This is my second vintage buying this wine from Costco, and I must say I am 2 for 2. Both wines delivered way beyond their price-point. This one is soft, balanced. Cherry, pomegranate, drying tannins. lengthy finish.

What a surprise this turned out to be. Excellent quality here. This reminds me of Justin from 10 years ago, before it became a restaurant volume level wine. Good dose of mountain fruit in this. Lots of green pepper on the nose, and some green across the palate, but this is dominated by black fruit through the mid palate and finish. Great puckery tannin on the long long finish.

Lovely and balanced. Silky. Touch of green, which is a signature aspect of all the Togni's I've a had. Far from the best Togni I've had, but that speaks to the vintage.

Decent enough blend that conceals its ABV well. Still in all, it lacks identity. Blah across the palate, but finishes nicely with length, proper acidity and no heat.

really disappointed in this almost $30 SB. Pleasant nose, dose of tropical fruit on the tongue, and more acidity than most California SB's, but truthfully nowhere near the value you get from NZ.

Still very aggressive tannin. This is a big big wine, that probably needs a good long decant. Graphite and plum on the nose. Blackberry for days across the palate.

One of the better domestic Chards I've had in a while. Strikes a nice balance between ripe tropical fruit and non-intrusive cooperage. Round and full, but with a spine of acidity that provides structure.

It took two days for the oak to blow off this wine, but once it did, on night three, it became quite pleasant for its price-point. It was dark, as most Washington Cabs tend to be. Blackberry, plum.

Lacks finesse. Taut, unwilling nose; rose petal, Bing cherry. Uninteresting, but not off-putting palate. Serviceable for it's price point. Lengthy tannin-dominate finish.

Really nice showing tonight. This is the fourth bottle of four I purchased, and easily the most remarkable of them. Inviting nose. Nice tart red berries across the palate. Good balance and finish was strong. Wish I had more, as I believe this is just barely reaching its window, with many years of development ahead of it.
