1st it is not Touraine but Vins de France, clearly showing gamay character, medim acid, medium - tannins, medim bodied, brigh cherry fruit with moderate intensity oin bot noe and palate with medim length. This wine went through carbonic maceration. Easy to drink now and would drink over the next couple of years.

I need to get more, rich, ripe, intense and concentrated with a core of grenache red fruit, medium gripping tannins and moderate acidity give structure to what should be a 5-8 year wine. Absolutely loved this and superb value.

flawed
Unfortunately this must have had a faulty cork. Very little fruit mostly acid and alcohol, Stored at 55 degrees since purchase. Second day totally oxidized and down the drain it went.
White - Off-dry

Great nose, flower and peach, acidity totally immersed with the sweetness so you barely note how much RS the wine has. Really well balanced. with great length. At7% OH you can drink twice as many as these as typical high OH wines of today.

A noble try but this was a shell of its former self cellared under perfect conditions. Very drinkable, but as lost it's fruit intensity. Goes to show that you want to drink zin while they have their fruit. Will it last? -yes, Will it improve? not very likelky.

Well ten year old zin, still solid but fruit has faded. Nice enough. Drink them young for the fruit.

60% sangiovese/20% syrah and merlot - medium deep ruby/garnet woit a garnet rim, a very slight watery edge - for such a young wine the color was not expected.
The nose had moderately pronounced dark fruit, earth and a touch of brett. For some the brett may be too much but for me it just added to the earthiness of the wine. On the palate it was steely with a mineral edge and the earth as well returning along with the brett, medium plus dusty chalky tannins with good concentration with black fruits, moderate acid and alcohol, the finsh was moderate in length wiht the dusty tannis dominating. Appears this wine needs some time to resolve the tannins and permit the fruit to show through. It needs food if drinking near term.

Opened after work at the winery, shared with staff, extremely deep ruby/purple, nose of red and black fruits and black pepper , great concentration on the palate wirh moderate tannins and acidity, the wine is well balanced even with the 15.4% alcohol. I believe thuis one needs a few more years to really show it's stuff.

12.99 at PLCB in Ardmore, medium ruby with a very narrow pink rim and slight watery edge, on the nose - medium intensity black and red fruits, spice, herbs and garrigue. The palate shows good concentration, with medium plus intensity, medium plus body, moderate tannins and alcohol - red fruits of cherry dominate with a medium plus length showing a little heat. Great value
