Great upside potential here. Still very young but already so nice and smooth. Very much on the fruit side at the moment but very yummy. I will hold remaining bottles for a number of years still.

Last bottle and every bit as good as the last two.

Gorgeous! No notes, just enjoyed it with no distractions, no trying to describe it. An experience…

Outstanding! Has to be one of the greatest whites I know. Beautifully aged. Gained in complexity and depth the longer it was open. Very ripe but still incredibly drinkable and fresh.

A somewhat different Burgundy white I felt. Reminded me of low-intervention, natural wines I‘ve had. Not sure if that was the case here. Might have been a touch of early aging. Oak very light. Perhaps a slight touch of cider or so. Hard to pin down but I enjoyed it.

Hard to figure out but very cool and worth trying. Colour totally light. But the nose is totally concentrated as an appassimento should be. Basically, looks like Pinot Noir, tastes like Amarone. A bit unusual on the palate, so perhaps not a crowd pleaser. But I rather liked it on the whole.

Great. Safran and bergamotte in the nose. Slight bit of aging starting to show. Nice acidity and minerality.

Very crazy. Perhaps a bit too crazy for my taste. It was definitely worth trying but won‘t become a favourite.

Totally different. Unbelievably ripe, dark yellow colour, taste also very ripe. Cork seemed very soft. Wine was still great but pretty sure early oxidation due to faulty cork.

Fantastic Montepuliciano that is just starting to show its full potential. So tasty, lots of fruit but some tertiary aromas are just starting to show. This will become even nicer is my guess.

Amazing. Massive aroma. Like a powerful, perfect Manzanilla. Later clear pear in the nose. Bit of flinty aromas and mineral notes. Great.

Still crazy. Still developing. At first very closed. Later totally smoky and open. Fruit hard to define: not big juicy fruit, more fine and fresh. In any case, no idea where the last bottle will end up taste-wise in a few years.

I drank my bottle of this two years after the last comment in Italian. I‘d have to agree with that comment (which I think I understand). The wine is very developed, indeed almost too much. Smelled clearly of dry, French cider. My guess is that this is produced like a „natural wine“, if that is the correct English term. I like this type of wine so this was fine for me. But it is indeed a challenge.

Decanted far too late which was unfortunate. Glass for glass the wine got better and tastier. I thought it was fairly far along so I‘m not sure there is an upside to keeping this. Not that it will fall off soon, I‘m just not sure that it will improve much.

Pretty much the same as last note. Benefitted from food but should be drank up now. Top wine though for the price.

Once again excellent p/q ratio. This winery just gets it right. Elegant and fresh with enough body and fruit/oakiness to give the wine a beautiful balance. Loved it.

This wine is absolutely not my taste. But I cannot trash it as I think it is important to differentiate between „not my taste“ and „badly made“. Everything about this wine is light, elegant and fine: colour, taste and smell are all perfect for a super light Pinot Noir (11.5% alc). Now I like elegant Pinots but this is just a bit too light for me. If you like this style though you will really like this (as the friend who recommended it does).

Excellent, classic Pinotage. One of my favourites. Earthy with nice fruit. Still going strong. Drank with shakshuka, combination was great.

Still aging very slowly. Perhaps one might say that it has hit its plateau. But still powerful and fresh at the same time.

Excellent Pinot Noir from Germany, maybe one of the nicest I‘ve ever had. So much concentration and power without being though in your face. Loved it.

This may have still gone for a while, but I‘m not sure that there is any upside to keeping it much longer. Very tasty right now, very refined, colour indicates a wine that is quite ripe.

Adjusting this one down a bit. Very fun and nice upon opening and when it was nice and cold. If it gets too warm though it gets a bit heavy and lacks in liveliness. Very strong taste of pineapple. That could be the problem here for me as I‘m not a huge fan of pineapple.

This was really nice but I think there may be more potential in there. Definitely should have decanted it. Let‘s see how the next bottles show.

This one really needed time in the glass as I decanted it only right before drinking it. At first a bit closed and thin with a bit of bitterness right upon opening. But boy did it open up and gain in depth and taste. Can't describe it more exactly but really enjoyed it.

Last bottle was clearly flawed as this was better. But still not a super interesting or tasty wine. The first one I had years ago was much better in my memory, but perhaps my taste has just changed.

A very nice Chasselas from the Neuchatel region. Much lighter than the Chasselas wines I've usually had from the Lake Geneva region with only 11.2% alc. But still with enough presence on the palate to make it tasty. Hint of age in there but still a pleasant acidity to keep it lively.

This was really nice. I agree with the previous note on all points. For me the wine tasted very Italian despite the Bordeax varieties (Cab Sauv/ Petit Verdot). Was very elegant despite the alcohol and heat of the region which was very nice. Only downside is the price: it could have offered a bit more for what it costs. But I have certainly hit this bottle too early, so I'm hoping that the second bottle will be a bit more developed and complex.

This was his first attempt at a single vineyard Riesling. It has aged very nicely. More body and presence on the palate than the last one two years ago. It is moving from fresh to those notes of age one associates with Riesling, giving it more depth. Great overall.

Another fantastic sweet Chenin Blanc from the Loire. Still had years to go I would say, but drinking beautifully right now. Brilliant with a selection of cheese. I'd grab another one immediately.

Fantastic. The reviewer before me (Herr T) hits it right on. Too young, better to hold a bit, but tastes brilliant now already. The colour is gorgeous. Lots of violet in the nose, nice acidity. So curious where this could go.

Just love this wine. Petite Arvine is such a great grape and Ottin does such a good job with it. I‘m with Bob H on the difference between this one and the Nuances. Cheers!

Definitely better than the last bottle, there was something off there. The acidity is still a bit low for my taste and it has developed a touch of sherry. All tastes good still but it is time to be drinking this one.

Still has that beer quality to it. More exactly, like many Belgian beers. We loved it again. If you don‘t know whether you want wine or beer, this is your drink.
