Very nice wine for so young. Light color belies a good, earthy flavor. Can't wait to try again with a little more cellaring

Strong bite early -- better with food. Mellowed well over the evening.

Wonderfully smooth after aeration. Light fruit and a pleasant earthiness. Had with braised beef and vegetables -- otherwise known as pot roast. Excellent!

Fine flavor -- a bit heavy on the fruit for our liking. Good smooth finish, especially after airing.

Had cellared for a couple of years and was really wonderful -- smooth and velvety.

Surprisingly good zin at that price-point. Good fruit without being jammy. Smooth. Definitely would buy again.

Had this as a holiday wine with some braised short-ribs. Perfect body to blend with a hearty meal like that.

Great flavor --- needs a lot of aeration though. Very peppery -- almost too peppery to start, but with aeration turned very mellow.

Unremarkable Cab Franc... slightly effervescent quality.

Very good for a young pinot. Definitely Sonoma and not RRV, but still very good.

Lovely. Crisp, with definite apples and pears. I rarely drink whites, but I liked this one very much.

As "Costco Chiantis" go, this one is just fine. We had it with pizza and it was good.

So-so. Good first taste, but really didn't blend well with food, or improve with air.

Good flavor, but a little thin. Not much depth as other Sonoma Pinots that we enjoy more.

I'd had this bottle in my cellar for a long time and had frankly forgotten about it. (Is that the best way to age a wine? Forget about it?) We let this breathe for 20 minutes. Good rich flavor. Pretty smooth and very drinkable.

This bottle was a gift and we had not heard of the winery before. We tend to like Rhone-style wines and this one had good body.

My (SMB) favorite wine. Recommended by sommelier at Farmhouse in Russian River Valley almost three years ago. Hasn't disappointed yet; delighted still by bottle opened this week.
