Outstanding wine! Enticing dark ruby colo.Room filling aromas of fruit, flowers and spice explode from the glass. Smooth and rich. The Syrah smokey spice compliments the fruit and tannic structure of the Cab. This blend was just right for the surf and turf on the grill.

Deep dark color with a nose of dried fruit with leather tobacco and wood. Opens up nicely after a few hours. Prune/plum with some sour cherry and the essence of a vanilla encrusted cigar. Nice firm tannins round up the lengthy finish.

This has evolved a bit since last tasted over a year ago. The fruit is less pronounced, the tannins are very much in check and the overpowering oak has faded to nuances of cedar and wet leathery tobacco. Solid evryday drinker from Spain.
