April 12, 2024 - Wild mix of red and dark fruit. Some bacon fat and cured meat. Earthy finish. This is unique in a wonderful way.

August 28, 2022 - In a beautiful place, mild Rocks funk on the nose that virtually disappeared after a two hour decant. Elegant, juicy, paired perfectly with paella.

June 25, 2022 - Small pour around a bonfire end of the night. No formal note taken.
Well this was a great way to end the night with friends. Raspberry, cured meats, bacon fat, wet soil. There is a LOT going on with this and everything is in harmony. Great bottle; just excellent.
