  June 23, 2012 - 2 bottles consumed recently and overall consistent tasting notes from about a year ago but the wine has softened, not quite as bright and citrusy and a bit more soft and balanced. Really a nice daily white wine quaffer and cooking wine, definitely recommend this and this wine has a great QPR. Clear and crisp, pale yellow, fresh and acidic and citrusy. Nose softening with grean apple, white peach and a hint of burnt sugar. Primary flavors include structured acid with white peach, lemongrass and a warmer yellow apple finish. This wine will have 1-2 more years of cellaring life left but it won't improve, not built for the long haul.

  December 16, 2011 - Really nice blend. Typical torrontes aromas lead you to expect this to be sweet, but finished dry. Chardonay and Viogner are not the stars, but they give the wine a nice backbone.
