  January 16, 2018 - Medium bodied cabernet with black cherries, licorice, and leather in the nose. Black cherries and blackberries in the flavor with earthy notes in the medium to long finish.

  February 20, 2017 - This Cabernet is in the zone right now. I think the community drinking window is a little generous stretching to 2022. I would recommend drinking this by the end of 2018, if you want to experience the wine a it's best.

  April 10, 2011 - Opened 3 weeks after picking up. I'm a big fan of Paloma Merlot but have never had their Cabernet. Was not expecting much since merlot is their forte, but was blown away at first taste. Lovely and dark flavors of chocolate, black currant and shoe-leather. Well balanced and smooth. Dark and brooding. Will decant the rest and see what happens after an hour.
