December 19, 2023 - Just what it is supposed to be, offering a balanced sweetness with flavors of apricot and walnut. Moderate intensity, not too sticky, with a little more of the botrytis flavor than I usually like.

May 28, 2023 - 42nd Annual Zinfandel Retrospective - the 2015s (R&D's): Deep honey gold color with notes of apricot, marmalade and peach blossoms. Tropical fruit and pineapple flavors with a long finish. Excellent. (R&D)

July 4, 2022 - Colour still light. A little botrytis fresh balanced. Lighter style and lacks energy of best vintages. Still excellent and many years ahead

June 6, 2021 - Light golden color. Beautiful nose with apricot, citrus, pineapple notes. Well balanced with great acidity. Lively on its feet. Apricot, pineapple with more tropical fruit and honeyed fruit, Long smooth finish. In a really good place now. Can easily go 10-20 years at least.
