  January 20, 2021 - On pop & pour, this is in the zone! 12 year-old Bourgogne firing on all cylinders. There is an intense, sappy core of bright red fruit here, and a serious backbone of acidity. Some fresh, floral notes on the nose, but more notably this is developing gracefully -- the tannins are beginning to melt into the body of the wine, and there is an earthy, underbrush quality to the fruit. The palate is framed by a supple but well-defined structure. Impressive purity, depth and overall quality for the level.

  January 21, 2020 - Slight barnyard on nose, quickly blows off
  Bouquet reminiscent of faint spring flowers, cherries
  Light strawberry notes
  Elegant and fine
  Gently fills the mouth and softly fades
  Lovely
