    March 27, 2017 - Note: I use a scale on which 85 represents a very good wine.

Decent Chablis, not oxidized, but in pretty good shape -- whatever funk there was blew off pretty quickly. A little on the richer side, which is fine withe me. Time to drink up.

June 13, 2015 - Delicious, fairly small-scale 1er Cru Chablis that is in a terrific place to drink right now. No need for decanting or indeed patience of any kind upon popping the bottle - ours was perfumed and inviting from the moment the cork came out. What I especially like about the wine at this time is that while it's still well-fruited with flavors on the yellow citrus end of the spectrum, the secondary character of salt-breeze minerality and chalk have become more, rather than less, prominent over time and are now the main flavor components of the wine. At the same time I got none of the oxidative notes that another taster mentioned below. This may be a wine of modest dimensions but it's delicious, even gulpable at this point.

September 15, 2013 - Nice wine. Apple sauce, pear on the nose. More of the same hits the palate, but a with a core of macadamia nut, and some mineral. Really good balance between these flavor profiles, with little oak, good structure and finish is also quite nice - with some lemon/citrus flavors. Not necessarily my favorite style of chardonnay, but I enjoyed this one.

June 23, 2013 - I like this better than the last bottle I had (18 months ago). There was more to this structure-wise than at that point. Still, I agree with some of the other notes...this seemed like it was just slightly oxidated or something. Good, but drink up.

May 23, 2013 - Similar to my notes from a year ago, this has aromas of apples and minerals. The palate has notes of apple, pear, minerals and lemon. Still nice acidity/minerality, but also showing a slight oxidative note. It did improve with a few minutes of air, but I would drink it sooner rather than later.

May 17, 2013 - Nose of pineapple, ripe kiwi and other tropical fruits. Medium
palate. Palate of tropical fruits with a citric note of grapefruit towards the finish. Very nice.
