September 16, 2016 - Enjoyable. Some cola and now muted red fruit. Full mouth feel. The alcohol at 15%+ is distracting.

March 11, 2015 - Buried these in the cellar. Really enjoyable. Cola and some loam on the nose. Good structure, round and full with darker fruit notes. Nothing stands out. 15 bucks. Exceeds the price point

August 6, 2013 - Decanted an hour or so ago. More of a black cherry nose. Dirt floor palate with juicy acidity. Finish is short. Good in that it has darker, dirtier flavors that you don't get at this price point.

November 8, 2011 - Improved now 3 hours after opening. Cherry, cola nose. medium bodied, with some earthiness and short finish. 85 pts. The second night this was improved. Poured up into a half bottle and screw capped over night. Cherries in the nose and palate. Fine texture. Some earth mixed in with the fruit. Good balance. Really quite good. I would decant way early on the next bottle.

November 24, 2010 - Smells like raspberry & strawberry jam on the nose. On the palate, extremely bright, more raspberry/strawberry flavors. The barely slightest hint of white flowers and stemminess. It has some solid tannins and structure, but since it's an 09, either it had very little barrel age or very little bottle age or both, so I honestly wouldn't touch these for at least 6 months. Not that it's going to be the best pinot ever in 6 months, just that the flavors are a little simple and amped right now, but seems like it could come together especially if the floral & stemmy character becomes more pronounced. For a point of reference, it tastes a whole lot like Polaner's Wyatt Pinot Noir right now.
