January 24, 2016 - this was wonderful. Crystalline and pure. White orchard fruit, lychee, mint and stone. Multilayered with razor sharp acidity. Lots going on but very light on its feet. Reminded me a bit of zilikin. Wow.

September 5, 2014 - Well balanced but not complex. Concentrated but primary, and this may well improve. Definitely Auslese level sweetness. Good but not special.

(Selbach-Oster Graacher Domprobst Riesling Auslese) ($36.00) This is eerily like an ’05; exotic, tropical (guava), ginger, talc, perfect botrytis, really superb.
