  February 28, 2021 - (aveugle chez P.) La robe jaune paille prononcée montre un âge certain, il y a certes de la bulle, mais je serais parti sur un vin encore plus âgé. Très beau nez sur de fines notes oxydatives, un peu de peau d'orange, mais aussi du fruit frais, la bouche suit avec une belle harmonie qui se révèle avec la prise d'oxygène. Une grande bouteille, j'étais sur une grosse cuvée de Bollinger, genre RD, mais je découvre l'étiquette que je ne connaissais pas, c'est super bon et clairement à point.

  November 9, 2020 - Nose of overpowering brioche and a touch of sweet sherry. Palate is still quite fresh and delicate, beautiful light bubbles (quite fine and not noticeably bubbly) with lemon sherbet and some oxidative characteristics...but not as oxidative as a recent 2002 consumed. Lovely wine and a real treat to have a mature wine in such good shape.
  
  N: Lemon, peach, honey and sherry
  P: Lemon, lime, orange, white stone fruit, orange blossom, almond, honey, sherry and brioche.
  The body is light/medium with silky texture. The wine finishes long and has medium acidity.

  June 16, 2015 - Couleur très soutenue. Jaune/or brillant.
  Nez brioché, miellé avec des notes de figues séchées. Très expressif.
  Bouche pleine, bulle très fine. On retrouve les notes du nez avec un peu plus de retenue. Longueur moyenne.
  Petit regret, j'aurais aimé plus de fraîcheur.

  February 15, 2015 - In magnum. Fresh, toasty brioche. Very lively but soft small bubbles. Great length. Refreshing and intriguing - more like a wine (if that makes any sense!)

  April 26, 2014 - Gold colour, fine bubbles. Wonderful nose of bread dough with a hint of caramel. Fuller body, tastes of apple and brioche, has quite a leesy character. Persistent bubbles add a great counter-point to the rich body. Outstanding Champagne; one of the best I have drank.
