  August 7, 2012 - Nose: light tight nose. clean, sweet peas, sugar snap peas, hint of peach and chinese pear. Very slight wild flower, and overall a good summery white wine nose. Taste: yogurt-like texture. Very creamy mouth-filling texture. I get vanilla, banana, milk. It is like banana ice cream with hint of espresso grind. Does feature a spike of vodka in the back. Oaky. Dry with high acidity. Lingering acid, medicine powder aftertaste. Structurally falls apart after midpoint. Slight floral. Really taste like an unsweeten chai tea with milk. Unique texture.

  August 7, 2012 - NOSE: light and fruity, clean and sweet. White floral, tropical fruits and white grapefruit, pears. Hint of rubber/latex. TASTE: fuzzy and oily texture all at once. Extremely floral. Off-dry. Unripe banana, yogurt, bathroom airfreshener, grapefruit skin bitterness/acid. Strong alcohol, very noticeable heat. Can only tolerate in small sips. Lingering acidic burn on the finish. Feels over-extracted, artificial, and cheap. Gets into my nose like a sharffe max cheese. Not a fan.
