  October 24, 2020 - Golden yellow colour, a tinge of bright green showing it youth. Aroma of lime, lemon, grapefruit, river rocks, chalk. Strong lemon flavour, peach, pineapple, chalky. Strong acidity still, fresh fruit. At least 5 years ahead, most likely 10 years. I really should have been more patient in drinking the half dozen bottles I had, only one left and I believe the best is yet to come.

  January 31, 2020 - Intense golden yellow colour. Muted aroma of dry citrus. Chalky, lemon, peach. Full flavoured with a long finish. I think it is at its peak before tipping over into the full mature phase. Much improved from the previous bottles.

  December 21, 2018 - Bright golden colour. Aroma of straw, kerosene, flint and honey. Grapefruit, butter, toast, lemon. Dry on the tongue with some acid to finish. Well into the maturity phase, for my taste a bit advanced for its age.
