June 2, 2019 - I can't find my notes, but everyone at my Flyertalk wine dinner seemed to enjoy this aged Bedrock!

May 20, 2019 - Opened and slow ox'd for a few hours before dinner Dark fruit on the nose. The palate is dark cherry, blackberry, currant and spice. The finish was moderate to long and smooth. Went great with wagyu burgers off the grill.

April 7, 2019 - PnP. No real notes but it needed some time in the glass.

July 24, 2018 - Decanted an hour. Here's another Bedrock wine that's too big for me. I'm not sure if jammy is the right word, or extracted, or just voluminous. The alcohol is also present. The fruit presence is enticing.

January 14, 2018 - Wanted to check in on this onen and just as expected, it's still a hugely structured field blend thst needs a LOT more time in the bottle. Very tight with huge tannins. Air/lots of swirling show signs of a great wine down the road....but its going to take at least 5, ideally 10+ more years to really shine. A complete and utter HOLD.
