  March 17, 2018 - Afterparty (Weingut Keller, Flörsheim-Dalsheim, Germany): This was the biggest surprise of the white Burgundy flight. Lovely nose with white fruit mixed with some minerals, white flowers and a slightly "natural" component of ripe banana. Lovely matured. Round but high acidity, good length and precision.

  March 10, 2016 - Magnificently complex reductive nose of white fruits, grilled, sesame seeds, peanuts but on a classy way, really without extravagance.
  Mouth incredibly precise, ideal balance, perfectly integrated acidity, lot of dynamism.
  Very good length, good balance, not too dry but dynamic, clean
  
  Stunning wine for the appellation!

  March 11, 2012 - Steely, Chablis-like in character....unusual lime-like midpalate flavors, but excellent food-pairing. Would be great with shellfish or similar cuisines.
