Community Tasting Notes 3

August 23, 2018 - Dark purple in color, dark fruit and brambles on the nose with white pepper note. Rich macerated blackberry and blueberry with a bitter cocoa note on the finish. A little too much concentrated rich fruit flavor for me, but still good. Definitely not too aged yet, but nothing to be gained by waiting, drink now.

July 19, 2015 - A bit hot but drinking very well now. Virtually no tannins makes it a bit jammy but still delicious. Won't really improve with age.

August 25, 2013 - Outstanding fruit driven cab with incredibly long finish. Surprisingly low tannin despite relative youth & would suggest that best drunk now or within 18 mths
