May 25, 2016 - Dark red. Aromas of red fruit. Medium bodied, smooth, minimal tannins. Flavors of red cherries. It was very easy to drink. I was surprised it was as good as it was given its age and expected drinking window. Went well with a Dijon crusted roasted chicken dinner.

June 15, 2013 - ...similar to the Dec 2012 tasting except it was smoother, easy to drink and had more of the chocolate cherry flavors developing. This was very good wine to drink alone.

May 2, 2013 - Solid mid-weight cheap red with more structure and balance than you expect at 8 bones; ready; would buy again

December 25, 2012 - Dark red with aromas of red fruit. It was balanced, smooth, medium tannins and body. It had flavors of red cherries and oak and was very easy to drink. The after taste was medium, smooth and had hints of chocolate.

December 2, 2012 - Notes as before. This was best right after opening; after about a half hour it flattened out; but, still, at eight bones? Solid QPR

November 27, 2012 - Tasty, fruity, quaff. Black cherry by the bucket, cherry cola, hint of vanilla. USAs version of Oz Shiraz. It would be a good party wine.

November 15, 2012 - Very nice red mix, the merlot and Syrah are easy to pick up. Strong flavor of red/black fruits with earthy finish. When first opened the tannins were strong to the taste, but mellowed out nicely with the second glass the next day. Very nice every day wine, I would recommend. And I paid$13.99 for it, feel that it was worth it.
