May 13, 2021 - I recall enjoying this, but unfortunately didn't take (or recall) more detailed notes. Looking forward to some different Reynvaans from 2010+ which I have yet to try.
August 12, 2020 - Coravin # 1 - for the first 30 mins strong Cayuse sulfur funk that blows off for the most part. Pure blueberry compote, mellow tannins and a touch of earth. Delicious.
March 25, 2020 - Last bottle of this wine and vintage, but probably the best we've had! Dark garnet, very slight brown at the edges. Fully mature. Deep, dark, earthy aromas, burnt wood, roasted meat. Full body, very round and smooth, blackberry flavors with French oak. No significant tannin. Soft long aftertaste, slightly hot on the finish. This is at its peak, no need to age it further, but it should hold for several more years.
We liked it better than a 2010 Bionic Frog we drank the next evening.

December 23, 2019 - This is perfect now. Big fruit, Smokey aftertaste. Very smooth, but starting to lose some of its tannins. I'm going to drink my last one this year before it's too late
October 11, 2019 - Earthy nose of cedar, tobacco, cigar box and dried cherry. Beautiful balanced, spice and dried fruits. Pomegranate. Could pass for a good young côte-rôte. Nice acidity. I want more.

September 21, 2018 - Awesome - blind, this could be a LaLa côté rôtie from Guigal. Bacon and blueberry. This is why I love Syrah!
